Mr. WEIR (Melfort):
A mailing list is maintained, and in addition the publications are sent out upon request. With such publications are included lists of other publications that are available. Then if a person wishes to send for any others the list is there and he can make his selections. The method of sending out publications without requests has been considered many times in the past, and
it was felt that there would be a great wastage if they were sent out to others than those sufficiently interested to write for them. If persons do write, however, a list of publications in wdiich they may be particularly interested is sent, and they are invited to mark the ones they would like and return the list. Then their names remain on the mailing list.
