William Richard Motherwell

Liberal

Mr. MOTHERWELL:

Does the minister mean, by taking up publications again, that he desires to go on discussing his farm rehabilitation scheme in the western prairies, or would he prefer to do that some other time?
Mr. WElIR (Melfort): That would come better under experimental farms. I took the opportunity of making the announcement the other day, because it could be made either through the press or on the orders of the day; but I thought it would be just as well to make it on the introduction of estimates.
