Mr. P. F. CASGRAIN (Charlevoix-Sague-nay):

When this commission is appointed, will it investigate the prices charged by the oil companies? Some time ago I asked a question of the minister with regard to the prices charged for fuel oil in Montreal. I pointed out that there was a combine there as well as in the prices charged to the owners of schooners and fishing vessels. I think it would be appropriate to have an investigation carried out along these lines.
