Mr. MACKENZIE (Vancouver):

May I say that previously in this house I have seen precedents established on points of order. My right hon. leader moved an amendment to the marketing bill, Bill No. 51, the other day, and we sought in that amendment to refer Bill 51 back to committee of the whole to consider giving the committee the right to amend it in two particulars which were not related in the remotest degree. Is that not correct?
