1. Whenever demand is made for the establishment of a Post Office Savings Bank in a locality, prompt action is taken to provide this facility, if the circumstances are favourable.
2. Advertising is carried on in connection with the Post Office Savings Bank in the form of posters and hand-bills on the premises of post offices where savings banks are located.
3. The post office provides every facility possible for those wishing to deposit with the Post Office Savings Bank. It does not make a practice of soliciting business.
