Mr. HUMPHREY MITCHELL (East Hamilton):

Recently in a speech in the city of Hamilton the Prime Minister intimated that the government would build a post office there under the construction program of the dominion government. The sun is now shining on both sides of the fence, and I wonder if the Prime Minister could indicate to the house how soon we may expect an announcement of government policy in connection with this building program.
