Mr. A. E. MUNN (Vancouver North):
Mr. Speaker, yesterday I directed a question to the Minister of Trade and Commerce which will be found at page 1933 of Hansard, in connection with the Sutherland report and in answer to my question the minister immediately said "No, it is not a fact." Then after several minutes, and after a discussion of other matters, tlhe hon. minister modified his answer, but I find it printed in Hansard in one paragraph with his original answer. I would like to know if that is the usual custom.
