Pursuant to order made Friday, May 28, 1993, the House will now proceed to the deferred division on the amendment to Motion No. 282 under Private Members' Business and on any question required to dispose of the main motion.

Following the adoption of the 24th report of the Standing Committee on House Management on Wednesday, April 29, 1992 the division will be taken row by row starting with the mover and then proceeding with those in favour of the amendment sitting on the same side of the House as the mover.
