May I read what I have in my notes which I assure the hon. member is all I know about the subject. The money required is to provide for the cost of registered mail, special delivery, parcel post, air mail and all mail addressed for delivery outside of Canada, the United States and Mexico. This increase results from the discontinuance of free postage credit and postal meters for prepayment and dispatch of the above mentioned mail.
