Alphonse Fournier (Minister of Public Works; Leader of the Government in the House of Commons; Liberal Party House Leader)

Liberal

Mr. Fournier (Hull):

embarrassed by that suggestion, because since the beginning of the session we have taken away two hours allocated to private bills. In all fairness to those that are before the house, I think we should give them the hour.
