WAYS AND MEANS

The house in committee of ways and means, Mr. Golding in the chair. Progress reported.

BUSINESS OF THE HOUSE

Mr. MACKENZIE KING moved the adjournment of the house. He said: In regard to tomorrow, the first matter to be taken up will be the resolution in the name of the Minister of Agriculture concerning the reclamation and development of marshlands in the maritime provinces, being No. 11 on today's order paper. Then the house will go into committee of supply to consider the estimates of the departments of agriculture, transport, national health and welfare, and public works if there is time. I cannot indicate the order, except that the estimates of the Department of Agriculture will be the first to be taken up. Motion agreed to and the house adjourned at 11.58 p.m.
