Mr. ST. LAURENT: Mr. Speaker, I am informed that a pamphlet was published in 1938 dealing with all applications for disallowance from confederation up to that date. If it is agreeable to the house I should like to file a copy of that pamphlet as a part of the return and then comply with the terms of the motion from the date dealt with in the pamphlet to the present time.
