My time is up. I have spoken to the point of order and I declare to you that there is no reference there which is out of order.

I am sorry that I cannot answer the hon. member for Broadview (Mr. Church) as it is six o'clock and my time has gone. On the war appropriation discussion I will deal with him and with the gibes which from time to time in this house he has made against the Canadian navy. I am getting heartily sick and tired of the sneers-
