1. Grading, seeding and rolling of field, lighting installation and removal of power and telephone lines to eliminate flying hazards. Total cost $15,883.98.

2. $89,005.39.

3. Langley is an intermediate field on the Trans-Canada airway, but is not a regular stop. It has not been used by any Trans-Canada air lines planes so far as an emergency landing place. This is the last intermediate field before reaching Vancouver.
