No; that is under the Department of Transport. This appropriation is to provide for the operation and maintenance of various locks and dams formerly charged to several general appropriations. The names of the dams are as follows: Riviere du Lievre lock and dam; French river dam; Latchford dam on Montreal river; St. Andrews lock and dam; Cowan dam; Okanagan dam at Penticton, storage dams on the Ottawa river, Quinze and Timiskaming.
