No. I understand the

premier of British Columbia recently gave out a statement at some future date he was going to make that request to the federal government, but so far as I am aware he has made no official request to the government.

No. It might have been

mentioned in a letter to the Prime Minister -I am not sure about that-but it has not been to me. I know that Mr. Pattullo made a statement the other day in Vancouver or somewhere else in British Columbia to the effect that he intended to request that the boundaries of the province should be extended to the arctic.
