I wish ito lay on the table a copy of the convention between Canada and the United States for the preservation of the halibut fisheries of the North Pacific ocean, Behring Sea, signed at Ottawa on May 9, 1930, in respect to the Dominion of Canada, by the plenipotentiary named therein.
