The purport of the bill is to incorporate the Canadian Re-Insurance Corporation to do business and make contracts of re-insurance, counter-insurance and insurance of all classes other than life insurance. This bill simply provides for incorporation in accordance with the laws of the Insurance Act of Canada. There are no additional provisions.
