MULTILATERAL TREATY FOR THE RENUNCIATION OF WAR

Mr. SPEAKER:

I have the honour to inform the house that a message has been received from the senate acquainting this house that the senate have adopted the following resolution:

That it is expedient that parliament do approve of the general treaty of the renunciation of war, which was signed at Paris on the 27th day of August, 1928, on behalf of His Majesty for the Dominion of Canada by the plenipotentiary named therein, and that this house do approve of the same, and requesting the Commons to unite with this house in the approval of the above mentioned treaty.
