Mr. CALDWELL:
Originally a barrel of potatoes in Canada contained 185 pounds. I tbink in 1918 it was changed to 165 pounds, to make it conform to the American barrel. We were shipping to that market. I think it is unwise to change the weight because the United States has not changed the weight of the barrel. I very strongly urge the minister to leave the barrel at 165 pounds
