Victoria (Sir Sam Hughes) who was unable to remain until the close of the debate intimated to me that he was quite satisfied with the discussion and was willing to have the resolution withdrawn. I now submit the question to the House as to whether the hon. gentlemen shall have leave to withdraw his resolution.
