We work under requisitions coming from other departments and in some eases these have been very large.

Yes, and that is why we asked the House last year for an appropriation for the erection of a new building. We'have not the necessary accommodation to do all the work at the printing bureau.

I have asked again this year for the same appropriation but on account of the stringency it has not been possible to get it. So long as the new buildings are not erected it will be necessary to go outside for some part of the work. It is impossible to do the lithographic work at the bureau. We have not the plant because we have not accommodation.
