Mr. FIELDING.

It was arranged that the motion for Supply should be made, and the Minister of the Interior (Mr. Oliver) would make a statement concerning the affairs of his department. This was arranged between the Minister of the Interior and the hon. member for Lennox (Mr. U. Wilson). That hon. gentleman expressed a desire that the minister should make a statement very much in line with * that which the Minister of Railways (Mr. Graham) made to-day.
