Why should it appear in the Auditor General's Report under the pseudonym of the-'Rideau Press?'

The Quebec ' Daily Telegram ' has $10 added to the general $50,

and of course the bright rays that come from the ' Soieii ' entitles it to $80, or more than half better than the ' Free Press ' or the ' Herald.' Then there is the ' Military Gazette ; ' there might be something in that.

I do not think any one in charge of that has been friendly to me.

Mr. FOSTER.

Then there is the good Toronto ' Globe.' I hope the minister will add a little to the ' Globe ' for this year. The peculiar service it has been performing of late ; the way it swallowed itself in order to convince the government that it is friendly to it, deserves at least an addition of $10 if the Military Council would only pass it. Then there is ' Saturday Night.' I am afraid there is no hope for ' Saturday Night.' ' Saturday Night ' has seen its last $50 from the Military Council, but I suppose the Toronto ' Star ' will continue to have its $50 ?

Why should you advertise in the ' Parliamentary Guide ? ' I did not think any one reads that except members of parliament and their wives ?

Surely the members of parliament know about the Royal Military College. This publication known as ' Events ' and appearing here under the alias of the 'Rideau Press' is the property of the same individual who edits the ' Parliamentary Companion, so that this gentleman got $250.
