He said : The hon. member for Lisgar was on the committee during the last parliament, and it is desirable that he should be there once more.

I am afraid a little delay must occur. The hon. gentleman will understand that the Trade and Commerce Returns are necessarily somewhat posterior to the Trade and Navigation Returns.

I believe the explanation is that the Minister of Customs laid them on the Table and a few copies were brought down, but there was not a sufficient number to distribute to all the members. He said he would attend to that matter.
