DOMINION ELECTIONS ACT AMENDMENT.

L-C

Andrew B. Ingram

Liberal-Conservative

Mr. ANDREW B. INGRAM (East Elgin).

I beg leave to move the second reading of Bill (No. 2) to amend the Dominion Elections Act, 1900. I may say that this deals with the form of ballot that was used in the last general election. Hon. gentlemen will remember that, in counting up their votes, they found a number of ballots that were blank-had no mark on them at all.
